RF engineers urgently required Job description: • At least 2 years of RF GSM/WCDMA optimization experience. • responsible for auditing the network settings and advise with the needed modifications to improve network quality • new features testing, validation and troubleshooting, • Ensuring quality of deliverables and propose any enhancement within the reporting, way of handling or processes, • Responsible for the KPIs(CS+PS) achievement plan • Responsible for reporting network trends and trouble shooting. • Drive test and post processing capability. • Daily handling all optimization tasks for daily degraded cells, expansion. • Daily KPIs enhancement actions which include cell level optimization and generation of new ideas to achieve target KPIs • Daily handling customer complaints of assigned RNCs. • Weekly worst cells analysis, Zero traffic cells, single directional neighbors and co & adjacent frequencies within same site (the task delivery is weekly but its work is done along the whole week) Bachelor degree or above in Telecommunication, Electronic or equivalent At least 2 years of RF optimization experience. Able to work well in a fast-paced changing and experience working with cross-cultural teams would be desirable Familiar with world famous operators working method and culture Excellent team spirit with good communications and interpersonal skills Fluent oral and written English and Fluent Arabic is preferred.
