RFOG CATECHISM Republican Form of Government CATECHISM - A set of questions designed to determine knowledge. A series of formal questions put, as to political candidates, to bring out their views. UNDER AMERICA’S REPUBLICAN FORM 1. WHAT is the SOURCE of the Republican Form of Government? a. The Declaration of Independence, wherein it states all [American] men are created equal [before American law]. No American can hold a higher status - only lower. The highest legal status is sovereign. 2. WHAT is the purpose of any American government? a. To secure [endowed] rights of the sovereign people, and govern those who consent to be subjects [citizens]. 3. WHAT is the purpose of the UNION of STATES? a. To wield unified force in securing rights of the American people from predation. 4. WHO have rights and powers? a. People who have not consented, retain all their rights and powers. 5. WHO have privileges and immunities? a. Citizens who have consented, surrender their rights and powers in exchange for privileges and immunities. b. HOWEVER, free inhabitants are accorded all the privileges and immunities of the free citizens - if they consent. 6. WHERE can people exercise sovereignty directly? a. People who absolutely own a domicile can exercise direct sovereignty over that private property, and their person and other chattels. 7. WHO cannot exercise sovereignty directly? a. People who do not have a domicile and therefore need permission from the landlord. People who have consented to be subject to the government. People who have petitioned for charity from the public treasury (paupers). People who wander from place to place, and have no home (vagabonds). And people who have become status impaired, by whatever means. 8. WHO has a higher status than a sovereign? a. NO ONE - not even titled nobility. Sovereigns are social equals of all other sovereigns (i.e. monarchs). Everyone else is inferior in status. Even the president of the united States is only the highest ranking public servant, and one step down from the meanest American sovereign. 9. WHO are excepted from the rights, powers, privileges and immunities of the people? a. Paupers, vagabonds and fugitives from justice are among the excepted classes who have impaired status. 10. HOW was government created? a. By compact of those who created or submitted to the terms of the compact (constitution). 11. WHO are subject to perform to the terms of the compact (constitution)? a. Those who consented to be obligated (i.e., citizens). 12. HOW does servant government secure rights of the people? a. By prosecuting injuries (after the fact) and adjudicating disputes (after the fact). By assembling the militia and the navy to defend against predators, within and without.
