RHB means assume everyone is intelligent, NOT assume everyone has your best interests at heart. When my brother was in medical school, I recall him telling me, there are some students in my class I would never want treating anyone in our family. I replied, because they are failing their classes? No. They are smart folks but they dont really care about people. At the end of the day, they brag about what kind of luxury cars or stereo systems they are going to buy and they mock the patients behind their backs.
