RIDING MY HIGH HORSE: I am saddened that I keep seeing postings about Jane Fonda as a traitor. Here is what I wrote on NewsBusters.org: Let it go! That was a horrible time in our countrys history and many did things they regret. The reports are embellished, she apologized, and it happened over 40 years ago. Forgive her and move on! Several years ago, Jane made a decision to follow Jesus Christ. I dont know how shes doing with that, but I know that some Christians made it difficult for her. I see an image of Jesus, hanging on the cross, saying to a thief, Youre sins are forgiven. You will be with me in paradise. We should emulate Him. Fellow believers, please dont drive another nail in the side of Jesus by indulging in this kind of hateful activity. He is not the accuser. He is the Redeemer!
