RIGHT OR WRONG? I DONT KNOW. BUT I MADE SOMEONES DAY. I got to the bus-stop so early this morning precisely, 5:25am. I had parked my car inside the filling station awaiting the public transport conveying me to my destination. I looked round the quiet and serene vicinity and spotted two young people (a male and female) where I directed all my attention since they were the only people around. The inquisitiveness in me or abi na ofofo aroused. I started watching events from my car. The young man was busy talking with a worried look and unstable posture. It got to a stage (6:06am), the young man knelt down for the Lady. The lady wasnt bothered. She just walk to a side. Honestly, the last time I watched such display was in ahome videos. A man kneeling down for a lady in public place! Hmmmm.... I became more interested in the matter still watching from the rear. After the kneeling episode, the lady walked away from him. He ran after her trying to hold her. But this lady wont take any pleading. This clearly show in her attitude and reactions. She was just quite all through muttering just one or two words after a while. Then, they both walked pass towards my side. The guy look so horrible and psychologically traumatized. I said within me, na love go kill dis guy. Something in me tells me to wade into the matter. I summoned the courage and came out of the car, beckoned on the lady, luckily, she heeded to my call and respectfully walk up to me. I said, young lady, please go and listen to that young man. Hear him out. She responded with thank you and went back to the guy. This time, she was relaxed, communicating and with a smiling look. Women!!!. They can pretend enh! I wonder why she could not display that earlier! The young man too look a bit relaxed, happy and doing less talk. I knew, at that stage, they have started ironing out their differences. The guy stopped a car at exactly 6:31am. He did not forget to wave me with a broad smile in his face. The smile brought out his good look. The lady held his hand as he boarded the public transport. The young lady on her part came to me and said her second thank you. As she leave, she turned back again and said, I know you sir and I am surprised by your concern. I dont know you are this humble. I smiled and responded thank you. I really cant say if my intervention was right or wrong. But I am sure that I saved a fellow man like me from heartache and a bad day. This thing called love go turn men to another thing.lol. Did I hear you calling me amebo!
