RIGHT POSITIONING IN CHRIST RATHER THAN EFFORT. OUR SPIRITUAL EFFORT. - Our spiritual effort doesnt earn us the spiritual benefits. Once weve Our position in Christ, the benefits are guaranteed. We dont become more saved or more secure by praying more. Prayer has its role, that is, cultivating our relationship with the the father, but not securing it. Youre not more secure when you pray more or do other spiritual exercises. Youre secure because of your position in Jesus Christ. Youre not more of a son because of spiritual effort, but by spiritual positioning in Christ. If you remember a day you received Jesus Christ in your heart and confessed Him as your savior, then you can enjoy all heavenly blessing of your Father king. - When we call the father, He responds, not because of the effort we do, but because of the position of sonship. That alone guarantees and secures the response of the father. Sometimes we might have messed up ourselves with fleshly indulgences. But our position gives us right to access the throne room of the father and fathers love compels Him to listen and respond to our cry. Psalm 103:13 KJV Like as a father pitieth his children, so the Lord pitieth them that fear him. Those who fear him means; His children. This is true because, childrens fear to fathers is a natural reflex. So we can say; So The Lord has pity (is kind) to His children( those who have the mark of the lamb in their hearts). Notice, pity comes where theres failure and weakness. The father will not forsake you because of failure and weakness. This does not give the children a license to do what they want. In the first place, if theres true father-son relationship, that natural reflex of reverence keeps us from sinning against the relationship. And if we find that the instinct, of reverence, isnt there, then its likely we never became sons from the word go. Copyright.
