RIP Karl Albrecht who passed away this week. And before you all ask, who on earth was he? He was the co-founder of Aldi. (Aldi—short for Albrecht-Diskont). Ill be honest - this was a store chain which for many years I avoided from a snobby point of view thinking it discount rubbish, but which now am a regular shopper there and love the products. Its also been said that our local store has the best car park view in the whole of UK :D
