RIP.....Lt.Col.Sankalp Kumar of Punjab Regiment of Indian Army gave the supreme sacrifice of his life while fighting the terrorists in J&K. He was very badly wounded in a fight in 2003 and had a bullet wound in his stomach, and had got 40 stiches. He was declared not fit for battle. But his courage and love for the country pushed him off the limits and he volunteered to serve the nation and was in active service in J&K. Even he fought relentlessly and displayed unimaginable bravery protecting the motherland. My eyes fill with tears when I look at those small cute daughters of Sankalp. What would be running in their minds? Such a heart wrenching situation. May the almighty protect their family and give him the best place in heaven. The question we need to ask ourselves is weather we are worth their sacrifice. Do we deserve it…? My dear friends, keep one thing in mind. Freedom is not free of cost. It costs lives of these young men. It costs the sacrifices made my thousands of families of martyred men. Let us try to make justice to those sacrifices. Let us all build the nation these people dreamt of for which they sacrificed their lives. Rest in peace brother. We will finish the work you started.JAI HIND
