RIP Robin Williams. Depression is much more than saddness. For some of us who deal with it on a daily basis, it is a deep rooted affliction of your mind, spirit, and soul. Some folks like myself are very lucky to have the support (and combination of support) we NEED, whether its from family, friends, animals, humor, therapy, religion, the list goes on. Some folks are not as lucky, even if theyre getting help. Someone said on the radio this morning, What could he have to be depressed about? He has everything? It doesnt matter. No one could possibly understand.
