RIVER NESS FLOOD ALLEVIATION SCHEME - PHASE 2:- Construction work began on 28th April to the rear of the Anderson Street Park area and the riverside flats and will continue until August/September. Works will affect our residents in Gilbert Court, Waterloo Place and Harbour View. Everyone affected by the project will be notified before work starts and kept up to date with regular newsletters. Traffic and parking disruption will be kept to a minimum with access for emergency vehicles, refuse collections and essential deliveries being maintained. Potential environmental and ecological effects of the site will be evaluated and monitored throughout the project.
