The role is for a large purpose-designed specialist dementia nursing home set in the beautiful Skipton backdrop. The home thrives on staff to patient relationships so an outgoing and caring approach is a must. As an RMN / RGN you will be carrying out patient care through all areas and assisting staff and leading carers in dementia care and reporting to the head of unit, the deputy manager and the manager of the home. You will carry out nursing assessments, planning and focus on individual needs and natures of every patient. To be considered for this role you must be flexible, dedicated and suitable for the position.
