***ROAD CONDITIONS & TRAFFIC*** There is fog on the M3 Cavan/ Dublin Rd between J7 Skryne/ Kilmessan (Meath) and the M50. Fog is a problem on the M1 Belfast/ Dublin Rd between J15 Castlebellingham (Louth) and the M1/M50 Interchange and also on the M50 as far as J7 Lucan. There is thick fog affecting visibility Ardee Foggy on the Swords Rd between Colins Ave and Dorset St. Foggy too, in the city on OConnell St, Gardiner St and around Liberty Hall on Eden Quay. **MAIN TRAFFIC Slow on the Dundrum Rd from the Luas Bridge to Milltown. We have reports of a collision along this stretch so care is needed. The Stillorgan Rd is slow from Mount Merrion Ave to Fosters Ave. Meanwhile, traffic has yet to pick up on the Rock Rd. Delays along Grand Canal eastbound approaching Portobello and approaching Ranelagh. Busy on the N3/ Navan Rd from the railway bridge to the Baggot Rd Jct. Slow approaching Newlands Cross inbound on the Naas Rd. Delays inbound on the Swords Rd from Collins Ave to Drumcondra. Slow inbound by Glasnevin Cemetery on the Finglas Rd. Delays then on the Phibsborough Rd from Harts to Doyles Corner. No major delays to report for M50 traffic in either direction. A demonstration will depart Shelbourne Park at 1pm today and make its way towards Grand Canal St. Motorists are advised to take extra care on approach. Keep in mind that as part of the Luas Cross City works, Dominick St Upper will be closed between Mountjoy St and Bolton St until approx. 6th Oct. In addition, Dominick St Lwr will be one way southbound. Diversions will be in place. There is also a new right turn from Parnell St into the Ilac S.C. car park.
