ROBBERY AGAIN? Last year, month of November, two guys forced my sister to give them their unjust demands. My sister is a business owner by profession and was robbed and even hit by a gun. She was hurt and her employees were also hit also by the robbers taking away huge amount of money. EARLIER, I WAS ROBBED AT MY PLACE. The guy hurt me and I suffered injuries. I tried to chase him but it was to no avail. He took only my SAMSUNG SLIM LAPTOP full of files from the two offices that I am working with: Arias Bilog Law Offices and The Law Firm of Dante Acorda. I tried to chase the guy just to get my laptop because of my files but it was to no avail. I felt terrible. I was thinking of a Petition that I wrote consisting of 42 pages for Victoria Court and Company client pleadings and four (4) other files. I felt disgusted not because somebody took by force my laptop, BUT BECAUSE BY TAKING IT, I lost good amount of money with the documents I wrote plus the many files that I have therein. It was so hard really to explain how I felt. I went back to my place to change my t-shirt and directly heeded to Recto where there are lots of establishments buying gadgets if not, including those stolen ones. I went to various stores spying any Samsung Pink laptop until I spoke to every security guards of the establishments giving them my contact number and asking their contact also in return.Then I directly heeded to the Police Station 4 at Balic -Balic, Manila and a certain Police Officer in the name of Aaron Cortez assisted me_ Ang ganda ng serive nya sakin. I browsed too many files and photos of robbers, thief, and criminals-but never seen the picture of the robber who hurt me. I went back to my place and I was assisted by my cousin Ate Tess Cu all the way in going to a public hospital to secure a medico-legal certificate. Ate left for awhile. I was waiting for my name to be called but unfortunately, the physician was never available, not even for a consultation. I stayed their (Ospital ng Maynila) until 9pm. So I went back to the information/emergency counter and asked the nurse how long will it take me more to wait. I was asked to wait for 2 more hours. Patients were leaving already. It was a public hospital but I noticed its cleanliness but very poor service- I dont know, may be because of the unavailability of the doctor who can attend patient. I was just standing without complaining from 6pm until 9pm until I decided to go outside for awhile looking for a McDonalds or KFC chains. Before finding one, Ate Tess and his handsome son came to assist me. I really appreciate their effort a lot and their patience plus good company. So instead of waiting, we just decided to go JOSE REYES MEMORIAL MEDICAL CENTER and we finally secured my MEDICO-LEGAL CERTIFICATE. We will be retrieving the CCTV files and hope I can the face of the robber. I would have to meet the Assistant head of the NBI on Monday under the express direction of my boss, Dante L. Acorda. When I chase this robber on time....he will realize that there is good life than robbing.
