ROCHESTER MAN INDICTED FOR SELLING CRACK COCAINE The Genesee County Local Drug Enforcement Task Force has concluded a nine month investigation into the transportation and sale of crack cocaine in an around the City of Batavia area with the arrest of a Rochester man. Devon T. Bell aka "C.J", 26, of Gillette St., Rochester is charged with 2 counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd and 2 counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, both class B felonies. On September 10, 2013, Bell was picked up by Rochester Police Officers on a sealed grand jury indictment warrant out of Genesee County Court. Bell allegedly sold quantities of crack cocaine to an agent of the Genesee County Drug Task Force. He was arraigned in Genesee County Court and jailed in lieu of $50,000 bail.
