He was abandoned in a back yard when his owners moved out. He was taken by a neighbor who has him chained in the front yard. She has four dogs and her leasing company says she has until Dec 2nd to find him a home. Blue is Heartworm Positive and $300 will be given towards treating him if you bring him into your rescue or home. He is chained living a miserable life. Blue is 2. He is up to date on shots, dewormed and neutered. Male dogs seems to shun him, but we think its because he wasnt neutered, but now he is...he definitely gets along well with the female dogs at the girls house.
