DO ALL YOUR SETS WITH THAT ONE ARM, THEN SWITCH TO OTHER ARM! * STEP 3. THREE SETS OF 6 TO 8 REPS SHOULD DO IT!...... * STEP 4. ONE ARM BRACED DUMBBELL ROWS. * STEP 5.
