ROMANIA : FACT....The new law for the management of stray dogs requires ALL cities, towns, communes to have a standard shelter, before any action to capture dogs begins...After wards the shelter MUST HAVE ITS OWN INTERNAT SITE, to post DAILY all the dogs they captured, registered individually in order for those who lost their dogs, can find them, in case they have been captured...WHERE ARE THOSE INTERNET SITES? How can people in Bucharest who are looking everywhere for their missing pets FIND THEM , if the captured dogs are not posted AS REQUIRED by the LAW....FACT < ASPA BUCHAREST does not have the required SITES, does not post the dogs...and pretends that all the dogs they capture are either strays or ABANDONED...FACT : 90% of local administration do NOT APPLY THE LAW at its fullest....FACT 99% pf public shelters are way below the so called standard yet ANSVSA yes, the creator of those Norms does not bother to inspect, to fine, to SHUT DOWN those hell holes and to STOP all dog catching actions until ALL the requirements of the law have been implemented.
