ROOF/SHINGLE UPDATE 5/14/14 The roof shingle repairs will start on Monday, May 19, 2014. Enough of the roofing materials have arrived that we can begin the work. We will most likely start on 34th Street. Please use caution when outside during this work. When the roofers are on the roofs there may be debris falling without notice. Please protect your family and pets by keeping them out of the way and/or inside your home during the repairs. Also, please park your vehicle in the garage to protect it from the possible debris or park your car somewhere else during the repairs. If you have any questions or concerns please call the Privatized Management Office, Rising View, at (402) 991-9820 and ask for Shawnta Chavis. Please do not post complaints on this Facebook page. It is intended to be fun, informational and light hearted. If you have a concern or a complaint, please use the proper channels. You can call us at the number listed above or you can email us through our website (as if you were going to submit a maintenance request).
