Because of an exchange period abroad my room in Groningen will be available from the 1st of February till the 15th of June (however, this is negotiable). It’s a light and spacious room of 19 square meters in a neat and clean house with garden. The house lies very central and is nearby the train station, city centre, university and night life (all less than 10 minutes by bike)! You will share the toilet/shower and kitchen with 3 other roommates (2 girls, 1 boy). The rent is 340 euros a month, gas/water/electricity and costs for internet/TV/washing machine included.
