[ROOMING] Hey there! Im a 4th year PhD in Nutritional Sciences/MS in Statistics student, 25 year old female looking for a roommate. I currently live in a 3 bedroom/2.5 bath house in a gated community that my mom owns off campus around 51st St/Mueller area. I dont care about a gender, but I would like someone to live with. Im not home often but would prefer a quieter roommate who likes to keep the house sort of as a safe place/haven of peace, but also is cool enough to be social and interact with each other. Im really clean, dont smoke, dont have pets. The room can come furnished or unfurnished, both rooms are currently furnished. I havent lived with anyone for over 4 years so Im currently looking for 1 roommate but wouldnt be opposed to 2 if someone has a partner or something and we can negotiate on price. But for a single person, the room is $550 + half on bills or $800 with all bills included (parking, wifi, cable, water, gas, HOA).
