ROOMS FOR RENT FROM FEBRUARY IN A BIG HOUSE in a green district of Warsaw- ŻOLIBORZ. ONLY 2 out of 8 rooms left! Preferred housemates: girls! We are already a group of 5 boys and 1 girl:) That is why we would prefer girls for the balance A very good access to the city center and to most universities (University of Warsaw, SGH, Politechnika, Koźmiński). The next metro station is PLAC WILSONA (from there 3 metro stations to get to the city center – around 10 minutes). There are also many trams and buses. The direct area is very quiet and safe -no blocks of flats, only houses. In the neighborhood small shops, a supermarket (24h open), parks, restaurants. There are 8 single rooms in the house, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and 1 extra toilet. Each room has basic furniture (a big sofa-bed, wardrobe, desk, a small IKEA table, lamp, etc.). All basic equippment : waching machine, cooker, frigde (actually two fridges ), pots, plates, frying pan etc is there ! The rent is 1100 PLN plus bills or 1200 PLN plus bills (depending on the room size, they vary between 12 and 20m2). A big advantage of the house, mainly in the spring and summertime is a garden !! At the moment there are Erasmus students and one Polish student living in this house.
