ROSE RED is a 10-12 year old intact female red nosed Pit Bull that so desperately needs a good home, for her remaining short years. Rose was rescued from a dog fighter several years back, lived in one home for a while and due to circumstances beyond her control, needed another home. She was rescued again, by the current family. She is animal aggressive (no other dogs, cats) but is absolutely great with people and children. This is causing a insurmountable strain on the family she is with, as they have other dogs and cats. She can only come in to the main portion of the home when the other animals are put up. This girl is current on her vaccines (including rabies) but has not been heartworm tested or spayed. We assume she is past her prime (wont go in to heat) and the current rescue family is becoming frantic to find her a place. They are facing a decision they do not want to be forced to make. Please think of a good place for Rose Red to call home. She would be great with a laid back environment and people who can let her be herself. She is fully house and crate trained.
