ROWE REPORT / EMERGENCY PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT Unfortunately, police in several American states, shoot citizens 70 times more often per capita, than any other civilization around the globe, placing them in a special category all to themselves. You have two choices. You can remain in your automobile, and become confrontational and take your chances, asking if you are under arrest or free to go, if you dont wish to submit to a private investigation and volunteer personal information or documentation... Or, you can play it safe : get out before the officer approaches, casually leaning against your auto clearly hold your hands out for the cuffs, or place them behind your head, insisting your a sinner and probably a criminal, and that you need rehabilitation, and that you dont want to talk about it or answer any questions right now, but that your ready to go to jail and get some rest... That your confused, and you just cant take all the stress any more. I go for option B. Refuse to answer any question, while they call the whole god damned department out, clearly holding my hands out for the cuffs, and end up driving away after a an hour two long standoff. LOL
