ROWLEY: PNM WOULD HAVE REMAINED IN POWER: The People’s National Movement (PNM) would have remained in Government had former prime minister, Patrick Manning, handled the issue of the Urban Development Company of Trinidad and Tobago (UDeCOTT) and its former chairman, Calder Hart, differently. So said Opposition Leader Dr Keith Rowley said yesterday in his address at the Rotary Club of Port of Spain’s monthly luncheon held at Goodwill Industries, Fitzblackman Drive, Woodbrook.
