ROWLEYS gift to KAMLA ! REJECTING out of hand, any proposals for CONSTITUTIONAL REFORM, even BEFORE tabled, runs not only counter to a large number of citizens views that the current system is largely broken, its NOT what any reasonable person would expect from an aspiring Prime Minister. .....PNM should have taken a LEADERSHIP position on much needed REFORMS months ago- instead here we are coming across as BACKWARD and OPPOSING for OPPOSING sake ! (and reviving COP support in the process)
