RPD is useless, I called about a large group of gangbangers here on private property in my apartments ask them to come by and was put on hold for over six minutes as a group grows larger, called back and told was told thet might try to send a car by Ive had a vehicle stolen from my house when it was recovered they didnt print it didnt do s*** ! still nobody has come by as the group is getting larger and louder
