RPG-A-DAY 6 - FAVOURITE RPG THAT I NEVER GOT TO PLAY I have - TopicsExpress

RPG-A-DAY 6 - FAVOURITE RPG THAT I NEVER GOT TO PLAY I have several that fit this category including Man, Myth and Magic by Yaquinto Publications , the original Star Trek RPG by FASA Games, Inc. and Middle-earth Role Playing. With MERP I created a character (a Wose) and I had a stack of stuff for it but we just never got around to it (the others in the group got a few games out of it ). Another friend (Lee) ran Rolemaster which was kind of the bigger brother version of it. Staying on the Middle Earth setting, I would say that as of now my favourite game I havent yet played is The One Ring: Adventures over the Edge of the Wild by Cubicle 7 Entertainment. I have the core rules here ready to go along with several supplements and am hoping that I get to use it sometime soon. It seems to capture both the feel of the books AND the movies. Ontop of that I just love the setting anyway. I would guess my only concern would be to decide where to take it as the lore is so well set out by J.R.R. Tolkien. Anyway, back tomorrow (hopefully) with DAY 7 - MOST *INTELLECTUAL* RPG OWNED. (Am a bit mystified with this category so will need to think about it. Complex Systems are covered later in the month...
