#RPI bootcamp Monday The 300 workout Go as quick as you can to get through 1 round of 7 exercises (in order) totaling 300 reps: 25 #pullups 50 barbell #deadlifts 50 #pushups 50 box jumps 50 floor wipers with barbell 50 dumbbell pushpress 25 pullups This took me 24 min and 10 sec. Try it out and see how it long it takes! Hope to drop my time the next time. My boss and @t_patenaude killed it! Check out menshealth/fitness/muscle-building-11 for a modified 300 workout!
