RSOE EDIS Event Report - Fog and cold wave conditions continued to prevail in most parts of north and east India on Sunday. Delhi and NCR region witnessed heavy fog. Visibility at Delhis Palam airport was reported to drop to nil. The minimum temperature settled at 6.4 degrees Celsius in Delhi. Around 100 flights and 60 trains were affected. The minimum temperature was one notch below normal, while humidity was recorded at 97 per cent at 8.30am. Fliers at Delhi airport had a tough time as around 100 flights, including international flights, were affected due to dense fog and low visibility which was below 50 meters. ...
