RSOE EDIS Event Report - Nigerias southern Rivers State government on Wednesday said 20 persons have been reported dead from acute diarrhea disease in a community in Adoni area of the state. Sampsom Parker, the states commissioner for Health, confirmed the situation in a statement issued in Port Harcourt, the state capital.
