Brittany Reinheimer of West Mifflin had just returned home from work at lunchtime when strong winds knocked down a large tree onto some wires. The wires were handing down on my car and everything, and they were supposed to have Davies Tree Service come and cut the tree down a while ago, but they never came, she said. Reinheimer couldnt get back to work. She was one of the roughly 51,000 people without power Monday afternoon.
