RT reports: Six men sentenced to life for gang-rape of Swiss tourist in India Six men found guilty of the gang rape and robbery of a 39-year-old Swiss woman holidaying in India have been sentenced to life imprisonment by a court in central India. "All the accused have been convicted and we are satisfied with the judgement," the public prosecutor in the case, Rajendra Tiwari, said after the ruling, according to local media. The woman and her husband were attacked while camping in central Madhya Pradesh state. Days after she was raped stricter punishments for rapists including the death penalty, were passed.
