RTI Application Format for the inspection of the answer sheets in just 10 Rupees for all the subjects at all levels of ICSI. (Mention the name of the subjects) 2. 3. Attempt_____(Mention June/December Attempt, 2012/2013) Roll No._____(Mention your Roll No.) Student Registration No.__________ Further I am attaching the Indian Postal Order (IPO) of Rupees 10/- bearing number _____________________( Write the number mentioned on IPO) as fees prescribed under RTI Act, 2005. Yours Sincerely Signature of the Student Name of the Student Contact No. of the Student Email Id Address Important Points 1. Please keep one point in mind, ICSI will never accept your RTI Application physically as it is the earning source for ICSI Rs 500 for answer sheets and Rs 250 for verification. So please, send your RTI Application through speed post only. 2. You have to keep three things with yourself safely a) Copy of the application b) Copy of the Indian Postal Order c) Copy of the proof of speed post Otherwise your application may be rejected at later stage. 3. Indian Postal Order is payable in favor of ICSI payable at New Delhi 4. You will definitely get the reply in maximum 30-32 days from the date of filing the RTI application. Otherwise you may contact me, I will an appeal on behalf of you with the RTI Appellate Authority. 5. You should not pay Rupees 500/- for obtaining the copy of answer sheet and Rupees 250/- for the verification of marks. Through RTI Procedure, you can do both the above things in just 10 rupees. 6. You have to attach only one Indian Postal Order for all the answer sheets. 7. You have to send this application at Lodi Road Office, Delhi to Dr. Amita Ahuja, She is the designated Public Information Officer (PIO) under RTI in ICSI. 8. After inspection of answer sheets, if you find any totaling error or any answer unchecked, you just note down the question answer number on plain paper for your record and complain to Sohan Lal, Director of Student Services, ICSI at Noida Office.
