RUMOR: Brandon Flowers Second Solo Album Tentatively Titled Digging Up The Heart? Q Magazine is currently previewing their interview with Brandon Flowers on their website. In this preview, Q indicates that the tentative title for Brandon’s second solo album is ‘Digging Up The Heart’. On their website, Q states that: Flowers also revealed the record’s working title, though was coy about its origins. “My only working title is Digging Up The Heart, from a four-minute narrative song, like a short story,” the singer explains. “I can’t do it justice by explaining it! Not yet…” Regular readers will recall that a user on Sweet Talk uploaded scans of the full interview on December 24, 2014 when they received their hard copy in the mail. The text from the interview stated that: Q Magazine: Do you have any song titles yet? Flowers: My only working title is Digging Up The Heart, from a four-minute, narrative song, like a short story. I can’t do it justice by explaining it! Not yet. While an explanation for the discrepancy is not readily apparent, it could be possible that the interviewer and Brandon misunderstood each other at the time was interview was conducted and that Q has since attempted to rectify this misunderstanding with the online version(s) of the interview.
