RUNNING AROUND FOR FITNESS. Have you noticed lots of people running around lately with earphones attached to their phone on their arm? My guess is they are listening to a fitness ‘app’ called ‘couch to 5 ks ‘ or ‘ease into 5 ks’ which helps to gradually build up running distance by alternating walking and running. Running for fitness can certainly get the endorphins going making you feel great but it can also be frustrating if you start to feel niggling pains anywhere from the lower back to the legs and feet.
