RYE HAS ALWAYS PUT ON THE BEST BONFIRE SHOW - This years was no exception - There are always a few problems with putting on such a great event. Very trivial this year compared with the old days when barrels of blazing tar were rolled down Conduit Hill, or when the burning boat blistered paint on doors in The Mint and melted the overhead phone wires. We all dispose of our Poppies after we finish with them and buy new ones next year. Well done Rye Bonfire Boys - A great show.
