Rabbit Awareness Month - Rabbit fact of the day A rabbit’s teeth grow continuously and the top front teeth grow at a rate of 3mm a week! Rabbits have 28 teeth in total ; the top jaw has four incisors, with two large ones in the centre, and two smaller ones behind them called peg teeth. The lower jaw has only two incisors. The upper jaw has three premolars and three molars on each side, and the lower has two premolars and three molars on each side.
