Race baiting it was!!!!!! and I have watched neighborhood watches follow children home, follow women for protection, all neighborhood watch is for WATCHING, as in in the 2 months since I left my home in Delaware several Black and hispanic have come to my door and watched my house in cars knowing what cars are there and when not and I know my home will protect itself at all costs! and Not one time have I race baited it allI say is times are tough and everyone is gonna try anything for money to survive not caring WHO they go after - cause I am not working and food is scarce but they still try
