Race relations will be better in Erie if their was more diversity in the fire, police departments, and pub lic offices. More people of different races in work forces balancing out the atmosphere. When these departments reflect the diversity of the community. The community is properly represented and sterotyping along with racial profiling will be reduced. But it all has to start with people wanting to make a change...unfortunately we can not wait on leaders to lead us...we must be come our own individual leaders for change. That is when Things will in fact change But before all of this will take place.... PEOPLE MUST GET OVER THEIR FEARS
