Racees short term memory is really bad, it just breaks my heart that he cant remember the picnic, our talks, and visits!!! He is in great health, and doing good and I am trying so hard right now to focus on that, but he seems to be stumped when it comes to making sentences, asking questions, and to be honest, that fall he had the nursing home where he hit his head and got a new injury and bleed to his right frontal lobe is to blame!! Before that fall Racee was spunky, asking me all sorts of questions and just seemed more aware of what was going on, and since that injury happened something is more off than before!!! We could never post on here a lot of the things we were going through as it was causing issues at the facility! I just know that we tried so hard to get them to listen and keep a better watch on Racee and they did not! My son fell way to many times there and truthfully we dont know how many times he hit his head! They never really took our input and made it an action! My heart is conflicted, as a part of me feels like it was my fault! I tried so hard to get him to Rainbow with haste, but it just seemed like no one was doing their job...I had to fax the proper things to Rainbow from my local library! My son almost lost his leg too!!! Even though they kept telling me his knee was fine, they did an exrey blah blah blah!! I took him to the emergency ortho surgeon on Christmas eve, and he was admitted immediately and scheduled for emergency surgery on Christmas Day!!! Today is a bad day and I just feel robbed, I feel like someone took my sons memories away and now I HAVE to figure out a way to get them back!!! With short term memory loss how will I ever know what is really going on!! I trust Rainbow but I still am skeptical!! God? PLEASE work on my son, please, let him at least remember the days events, or a fun picnic, or a visit with a loved one!! Please! I have faith, and we have been so patient, PLEASE GOD!!!!! Help him to remember... as his Mom it pains me everyday that he dont remember we spent the day together, or whaat he ate for diner, and I am pleading with you to heal him more than you already have and please please please let him start remembering, we have been through so much, I feel deserving of this prayer..for Racee God Pleeeeease!!!.....AMEN!!!
