Racism has no place in anyway in the Christian Church. Those who harbor, encourage, dwell on, promote, permit, tolerate, teach, participate in racism and claim to be Christian are not practicing the truths of Christianity. The church should be leading the way in our society because we have the truth that in Christ, race is no longer a valid issue. Unfortunately, there are too many people of every stripe that claim the name of Christ but hold on to racist views of judgmental stereotypes that others are racists simply because of the color of their skin. In Christ Jesus, everyone of faith are Gods children. Everyone who was baptized into Christ have clothed themselves with Christ. There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, [or Black, White, Hispanic, Asian] for we are all one in Christ Jesus. If you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise. (Galatians 3:26-29).
