Radio broadcaster Bob Leonard originally wrote this Veterans Day commentary in the 1980s. He played it every year on November 11. His legendary career included stations in Philadelphia (WYSP), Chicago (WEFM) and Dallas (WBAP). He now makes the commentary available to any broadcaster who would like use it to honor veterans on Veterans Day. He allowed me to create this video adaptation of his commentary, which includes my grandfather Ross Kirkpatrick, who served in World War II. Please share.
