Rafael #Nadal restarts training for the remaining part of the season Tennis: Reigning world number one Rafael Nadal is back to the tennis courts to train before the last two events of the season which are Paris Bercy and Barclays ATP World Tour Finals in London. Nadal posted a picture on his facebook page in which he could be seen sitting on a bench at the sidelines of his practice court. His uncle and coach Toni Nadal and retired Spanish football player José Luis Oltra could also be seen in the picture. The Spanish star wrote this caption under the picture, “Back to training... With the pleasant visit of José Luis Oltra!” The 13-time Grand Slam champion was scheduled to take part in the Swiss Indoors in Basel this week but he decided to skip the ATP World Tour 500 indoor hard court event and rest before the last two events of the season. The 27-year-old mentioned in his withdrawal statement that he opted to take rest after exhausting weeks of tennis and regroup himself. After losing in the first round of Wimbledon and taking rest of one month, Nadal came back with a bang and won 21 straight matches on hard courts including two back to back ATP World Tour Masters 1000 titles in Montreal and Cincinnati and then his 13th Grand Slam at the US Open. However, then he lost in straight sets to Novak Djokovic in the final of China Open and Juan Martin Del Potro in the semi-finals of Shanghai Rolex Masters.
