Raffa 5yo Arabian gelding - 1st pic shows Leanne guiding him into a functional posture in sitting trot which includes good relaxation in his mind and body , he is light in hand not leaning on the forehand and carrying his rider well nb.[ this is first work at sitting trot, when further practised and developed it will be straighter and more cadenced etc.] - 2nd pic shows the rider performing a half halt in sitting trot where the reins are momentarily taut , helping him to maintain a posture that does not become heavier - 3rd pic a quiet, calmly administered halt ,again with the sensible classical focus of teaching her horse to stop without pulling and without leaning -[ there is no need to muzzle horses with tight nosebands] - Leanne applies moral duty in the education of her horse because she loves animals and she loves her horse - delighted with their progress after only several lessons under saddle
