Ragnar Trail Relay Event English Transcript: Hey! Im Max Wilding with Aspen Camp. Im very excited to chat with you about this event - Ragnar Trail Relay event. It will happen this summer - Ragnar travels to different locations in the USA to provide relay events. Now, where will it be? Snowmass Village in Colorado! June 6th - 7th, Saturday - Sunday weekend. This is a really exciting opportunity for us. Ragnar was looking for a non-profit organization in this area and has chosen us as their official partner! Since we are their partner, weve had some agreements. One of the agreements is that we will provide our own team. Our team will be representing Aspen Camp and the Deaf community. How many runners will we need? Four to eight players. The runners will be Deaf and/or Hard of Hearing. They will run a total of 10K. The relay system will depend on the amount of participants we have on the team. Suppose, we have four runners which means more running for them. If eight runners, then less running. It is up to the team. Now, I will explain three things: lodging, food, transportation. Unfortunately, this June 6th - 7th conflicts with our event here on the campus, meaning it will be full of kids so we wont be able to provide you lodging. We do have ideas to share. For transportation, you have to come here on your own. You may fly, drive, run, walk, up to you, but come here on your own. As for lodging and food, our cabins wont be available for you but you can go ahead join Ragnars event - what will it be? There will be a camping area for all runners to sleep together. The camping area is called the Village. It will have bonfires, festivities, music, and mingling - lots of fun! Of course you can borrow our tents, sleeping pads, and sleeping bags - to sleep in and keep yourself warm all night. Third thing, food, we also wont be able to provide that to you. Meaning you have to get your own food, there are PLENTY of restaurants and food places around here. You will have no problem finding delicious food. Oh, theres a fourth thing - you pay for the registration fees, you pay for running fees, you pay for the shirt? Nah! We, Aspen Camp, will cover everything, meaning you pay nothing but to run, meaning you come for free! You get to enjoy running and the beautiful scenery here and running with the team. It will be fun! We will cover all the fees.
