When a querent asks a horary question, the astrologer asks the querent to concentrate on the question and give a horary number between 1 and 249. The querent gives a number that fits well with his karmic patterns by divine guidance for his or her strong urge to know the correct answer to a question. (KP Reader VI, p 253) 3. The querents urge is reflected in his given number which refers to a particular sign, star and sub as the Ascendant according the table of 249 subs. (KP Reader VI pp 89-97) Time of Judgment 4. In the KP horary analysis, the time of judgment is taken when astrologer actually starts analyzing the horary chart whatever may be the date and time of query by the querent. This moment when the astrologer sits for judgment is similar to the moment when the whole body of child has got separated from the womb of the mother. (KP Reader VI pp 88, 243) Moons Position 5. The Moon position in the KP horary chart using the number 1-249 depends on the time of judgment which is supposed to be reflected the astrologers urge and this time of judgment is flexible for the astrologer, according to Guru jis saying, Note the time when the urge is there ----- immediately work out. Querents Mind 6. In this way the querants role is just to give the horary number with urge and his or her mind is connected with a particular horary number which in turn refers a particular Ascendant. The querent does not play any role in selecting the time of judgment by the astrologer which indicates the Moon position. Observation 8. As discussed above, the general belief of Moon at the time of judgment indicating the mind of querent is found unreasonable as the querent does not play any role in selecting the time of judgment which decides the Moon position. And the KP astrologers like Dr. K.R. Kar, T. Rajendra Kumar, Kanak Bosmia do not follow this practice of checking Moon as a precondition in the KP horary analysis. 9. It cannot be traced form where this general belief has been started. Perhaps it is based on the horary using the time chart for the time of query by the querent. One thing is sure that this precondition has not been applied in the KP Reader VI: Horary Astrology. An Alternative 10. A reasonable alternative is to check the signification of the cuspal sub lord of Ascendant which reflects the mind of querent. - - - - - - - - - -
