Raila is Wise...very Wise....by making Devolution and its entrenchment the center-core of his referendum agenda has made those shouting stones from Jubilees side look very bad.....The one thing that resonates with all Kenyans is the development gains so far experienced by County Governments...only in its second year virtually all County Governments are settling down to business and results are forthcoming...therefore increasing allocation to counties is certainly an unbeatable Question....Governors are already salivating at the prospect of managing county security and recruitment; the one done recently being a National shame....the IEBCs structure of managing vote counting and announcement must be restricted to the respective polling station...these three issues are on the whole UNBEATABLE..... we shall save this country ...Yes we can!!!!!
