If you cant make them yourself heres my top tips: 1. Always always always eat a salad first! Get your veggies in to fill you up a bit, get the goodness in, and hopefully slow you down on those oh-so-easy to eat slices. 2. Have soda water (not diet soft drink!) again to fill you up with some bubbles to reduce your stomach capacity and help you get full quicker. 3. Dont eat from the box! Whats in front of you, you will probably eat. Take out 2-3 slices max. Put the rest away. 4. Go gluten free. Not because of the gluten, though it may help reduce post-pizza bloat. But because the base is always thin, and its a smaller size than the others. 5. Choose a pizza with around 1400 or less kJ (about 6000kJ) in total. They usually divide it by about 8 slices (though usually very uneven dodgy slices haha!), so 2-3 normal sized pieces is plenty for the average persons main meal. Id go 2 for women, 3 for men. 6. Meat is fine, in fact, chicken, prawns, or a leaner beef option is great to get you some protein. Just dont forget your veggies on there too. Order a double dose of veggie toppings to help boost fibre and nutrient content.
