Rainbow chard from the garden for dinner! I sautéed it with some fresh garlic in sesame oil and sprinkled it with a little Celtic sea salt. Very good but next time Ill add less oil, I accidentally added too much. Whats your favorite way to eat chard? And do you eat the stems too? We sauté them with the leaves. More nutrients?! :) Oh, and do you ever eat in raw? Ive always just cooked it... Hmmm. Chard help, please!!? :)
