After great distress and disappointment, it is with a heavy heart that I have to post this on my homepage and tag you, so that people who engage your services are aware of what they are getting into. After many months of pursuance (since Nov 2013)... many patient emails of pleads and requests... many deadlines and promises by you... and many, many occasions of your brazen lack of response... We, Balaji Ranganathan and I, have still not received our wedding coffee table album from you, as promised, and for which even payment was taken at the time of the wedding event in July 2013. You #RakeshPrakash may be good at what you do, however, if it is not backed by basic human courtesy and professionalism, it is bound to face unpleasant episodes like this one, and unhappy clients like us.
